Thank you admin and dprout69 for your help with all the issues we have discussed about MagiCall on the topic: " admin be kind enough to give support to the people who bought Magicall ???"

Since this sofware it's not stable and crashed my PPC when I click the icon on the title bar each time after a call has been filter and since you have not find a solution (as you have revealed, admin) for the problem with "Pick up and drop" and "Pick up and hold", that only answers the call but not drops it or holds it, I am going to ask for a reimbursement.
It's a shame because this software is a very good idea and if it was working fine I would have definitely kept it. If you find solutions to all the problems we have discussed about please email me and I'll give another try in the future. Thanks!

No problem. If you bought it from our website, please send your request to our support email with your order information.
If you bought it from other websites, you need to request refund from them.
