Dial Using Rule(List of available Rule) on Press & hold in Contact Menus

I see another Reason for the Option to Dial using a Rule, in the Right click of contacts.

For people who are frequent Traveler, The Calling Card Become usless if you are travelling in different country.

I.E I have setup rule to dial a specific number using Calling Card A, which works from USA, but when in canada or UK
i use different Calling Card.

When in Contact Menu, if doing Press & hold, provide List of rule to use when dialing a specific number.

This way user can select a calling card(rule) to use, or if he simply click on the number it will use default rule.
