questions about demo, no email been sent out

I have a couple of questions regarding the demo...

I added 2 rules...

first one hangsup on a caller based on phone number and sends out an email thru activesync.. this works ok!
second rule, based on a phone number, action 1 is pass on to second action, action 2 is send out an email. This time, when I answer the phone I see the rule been triggered (icon on yellow) but no email goes out... why is this?

Is there a limitation on the demo?

No, there is no limitations in demo version.
I cannot reproduce your problem. There are some possible things which may cause the problem:

1. There is no content for the email
2. There is no recipients for the email
3. Emails have been created, but have not been synchronized, you may check Outbox if there are unsent items
4. Unknow reasons

what I did is make a copy of the first rule, which is working, so the second one has the same recipients and context, but no email is going out, also checked the outbox and there is nothing there what else can it be?

seems to be working now.. what I had to do is reenter the info for email and context, seems if you leave it as is when you do a rule copy, for some reason, even if the info shows on the boxes, the software thinks they are empty so you need to reenter them.
