Quick rules switching e.g. for roaming

I know with command line control, it is possible to enable and disable certain rules using "exact" words as the rule names.
I would like to have partial matching (e.g. LOCAL or ROAM) in rule names or use regular expression to match rule names in command line.
It would be even better if rules can be enable or disable base on roaming status.

Next version will have profiles features.
Currently, you may use a same name for several rules, when you enable or disable a name, all rules with the name will be enabled or disabled.

What is expected release date for next version?
