A new password is required since v2.0 only accepts digits password. When you use the DBUpgrade Tool, it automatically clears the old password.

I misunderstood your question.  Yes, you need to request a new registration code. We have to do this against pirate copies. We will send Update Notification Email to all existing customers with a message of how to get their new reg code. You may also use the online "Resend Key Service" to regain the code. This upgrade is free for all existing customers.

Hello great genius!  I purchased latest year the version 1.2.2 build 93 by PocketLand.de (Pdassi.de). I received registration code after 24 hours later. But I would not even wait for 1 hour. Maybe this time will take longer, because not paid. Is there a way the registration code on time or in earlier to receive? Regards

Customers who bought from our online store will receive Notification Email on time. The others will receive the email three days later.
Customers of PocketLand need to request new code from PocketLand since PocketLand does not provide customers' email to us so that we have no record.

What does this mean? The customer by PocketLand.de how will receive the registration code? Or no more support for customers by PocketLand.de?

Unlike Handango or MobiHand, PocketLand does not provide customers' email address for us so that we are not able to send Upgrade Email to you.
But we will update MagiCall with a free upgrade option on PocketLand, so you can ask PocketLand for your new code for free after we update the product on PocketLand. Just send them an email or use their online support (if any)
You may still ask for support here. We just don't have your order info and don't send email to you.
