I have mail accounts on smartphone, so i want action 'Check mailbox for new mail'
... Send/Receive ...
example: I've receive notification by SMS about new mail incoming. So, i want to receive this mail automaticaly.

You may try "Launch App", for example:
App path: tmail.exe
Param: -service "account name" -sync
The example above works on WM2003 but doesn't work on WM5.0 or above.
Or you may try some 3rd-party programs, such as this one:
