I have the trial program right now and i'm impressed with the program.

What i would like to see, the program automatic sends text message to the caller when i'm busy/meeting. Now i need to select the the caller from my phone book/phone log, could it be from all the incoming call as i might not have all the numbers record in my phone.

I think the present version may work well.
Here is an example:

Rule type: Phone-Inbound
Filter type: All
Action1: Ignore  (your phone will be muted when selecting this option)
Action2: Send SMS
To: {phone}
Message: I'm meeting. I'll call back later.
