Move Rules Easier

When you tap and hold a rule, the program will pop-up a menu to let users to move the rule up and down. Wouldn't it be nice if you can add "Move to Top" and "Move to Bottom"?

I mentioned having an enable rule when you tap and hold the rule menu, rather than going into the rule and checking the box. Can you make this feature?

You can tap the icon (at the left side of each rule) to enable or disable each rule.
