I have installed the latest Beta which seems to be a more feature rich, I still can't see though how to use Action 2 to forward a call to another number... similar to call forwarding on busy, divert etc. within the mobile operator... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

MagiCall does not have call forwarding features. You can use the built-in phone service to do it. You may find them through [Start]>[Settings]>[Phone]
