Integrate to Use Rule from RightClick in Contact

I was Thinking wouldn't it be Nice, That when Creating New Rule, Mark that Rule to be Exposed in Right Click Menu of Contacts
So that we can Apply rule on Adhoc Basis through contacts Right Click.

I have situation in where, for the Same Number(USA), usually i dial directly, but occassionally during important conversation
We need to record the Call, and it has to use Call recording service, so it has to be dialed like International calling Card but on
other occassion it is used as it is
