BETA 2 ADVANCED OPTION 'ANSWER CALLS AFTER THIS SECONDS'

what value should I use in this to ensure that call will go to voice mail if I do not answer (my phones setup for this) , I have it set high (20) at the moment. Does 0 mean immediate pickup or never pickup.

This option is for rules with "Answer" as its action1.
