When I have appointment and am busy, I use rule to reply who sent me SMS or call. Can you program automatically get the calendar event title and send as part of the SMS. Maybe you can use something like {Calendar} in the SMS.

Just further tought.

{Clanedar} may not enough. Maybe {Subject} tohether with {StartTime} and {EndTime}. I can include the calendar details in SMS to tell when my event starts and ends. So that the person know when to contact again.

Thank you. I have added the following items:

{appt-subject}
{appt-notes}
{appt-location}
{appt-start}
{appt-end}

Can we have {appt-startdate}, {appt-starttime}, {appt-enddate}, {appt-endtime}? I feel date is not so useful sometimes. It will be good if we can have {appt-duration}, so that I can just include it in SMS to tell caller how long time the caller has to waiting.

Create a rule with "Send SMS" as its Action2, and set its "Busy Status" on the Appointment tab to "Busy".
When an event is happening, MagiCall will check if there is a appointment currently and is with "Busy" status.
