MagiCall Hangs My Device

After install and start MagiCall, my device hangs from time to time. It hangs at different operation of different applications each time. It seems an intermittent problem. Is it possible to provide a trace version of MagiCall to find out the hang cause in my device?

It sounds serious.
I do not have a trace version and it will be much work to develop one so that I have no plan to do it. I have some questions:

1) Is this problem existing if MagiCall is not running? (just installed, but not running)
2) How long will it happen after you start MagiCall?
3) When the problem occurs, what are you doing on your device? For example, what application are you working with? is it radio network (GRPS/EVDO) related?
4) Did you experience this problem with MagiCall v1.2.2?

1) I have disabled the MagiCall. Let's see how it goes. No hangs until now.
2) It's intermittent. Hard to say. Sometimes hangs when I use other application, sometimes it hangs right after reboot.
3) Hangs at different applications every time. Sometimes even using Resco Explorer can hang the deivce.
4) Similar problem happened with 1.2.2.
