It seems "Change Number for Outgoing Call" behaves totally differently from the version 1.

I have created a rule to remove the "+65" from my contact number with the following details,
Rule Name: Test
Rule Type: Outgoing Call
Filter Type: Specified Number
Phone #: +65*
Action1: Change dialed number
Call to: {phone}[-3,0]

When I dial +6588888888 in version 1.2.2, it will change the number to 88888888 and dial at background, this means only +658888888 is displaying at dialup screen one. Now in version 2, +658888888 dialup screen is displayed, after few second, it hangs up, and dial 88888888 which shows at the dialup screen two.

It is problematic: 1. I have to wait longer time to dial number. 2. If I decide not to call this number and press "end" to cancel the call before it starts up the diapup screen two. It will still dial the number for me.

Is it a bug? I would strongly suggest to use back the way which version one handles.

It is not bug. I just implement it in another way for supporting this format of changed number: *123*1111111111#.
I will add an option to final release for users to select their prefer method of changing numbers.

That sounds good. You may want to have option for each rule. Some of rules may need to use the old way, while some of the rules may need to use the new way.
