respond to current caller

Is there a way for this program to respond to the caller/ sms messager that is currently calling instead of setting pre-determined numbers in the [to] list?

Sure. Use this string {phone} which represents the caller ID or SMS sender ID.
Example:

Rule type: SMS
Filter type: All
Action1: Delete
Action2: Send SMS
To: {phone}
Message: I am busy now. Will call you later.
