Inserting a pause

Hi, do you know how to insert a pause while changing a outgoing call ?

You can use a comma (',') to pause for a second.
For example: 123456,,,{phone}

Good idea, but the good news is the current version has this feature. Just type 1001 commas in the "Call to" field.
