I do not sync phone very often. The three times I have since I bought this program it has had log files and entries removed from black list. I checked Sync program and it says keep phone settings. Looking at running settings I still have to rules with no numbers and can not click to see settings. It says settings.dat unavailable, but calls are still beinging blocked.

Microsoft ActiveSync or Sync Center automatically manages file synchronizations. It seems it deleted MagiCall's rules and logs files when synchronizing.
This may happen if you changed your device's date/time settings. You may exclude folder "\My Documents\MagiCall" from synchronizing to avoid this problem.
