Problem creating rules on T-Mobile Dash

Hi,
I bought your program the other day and it is meeting all of my needs but I have noticed a problem when creating rules on the T-Mobile Dash (HTC s620).
I want my rule to send me a message anytime a call comes in and is ignored, and I want the text of the message to read something like:
Call from {name} / {phone} came in at {time} on {date}
But when I attempt to enter the text I am unable to type in the '{' and '}' symbols. On the T-Mobile Dash, to get these symbols you have to press the "sym" button and go to another screen to select them, but in the message editor of MagiCall, the "sym" button is disabled.
The documentation says that you can select "menu > insert" or enter them yourself, but on the Dash there is not a "menu" option when you are in the message editor.
I have developed a work around by typing my message into a word document and using Vito Copy Paste and pasting the text into the message editor, but this will become annoying if I get a large list of rules created and need to change or create new messages for them.

Thank you. I will investigate this problem.
You may select [Menu]>[Insert] from the rule configuration window. See the image attached.
