A while back I also looked into this and beyond what is said by the previous poster there is only one thing where you could simulate this. You could use Mort script http://mort.sto-helit.de and setup a conference call to the other number.

I researched Mort script for a short while, but I thought it would not help although making a conference call is a good idea.
