Hi,

By reading the posts (and my experience with the trial version), it seems that Magicall basically has it all. However, 1 feature that would help me is support for 'call back services'. My operator provides the service that when you are roaming, rather than to pay the high roaming charges, you use their dial back service by entering: *120*mobile number# and then press dial.

I have tried the trial version and created a change number rule, but this doesn't work, because magicall opens the line and then transmits the numbers and it seems that only pressing the send at the end will make this work.

Is this supported and am I doing something wrong? or is it not supported and would it then be an idea for a future version?

Thanks,
Puck

Hi Puck,

Currently MagiCall does not support changing the outgoing number to this format *xxx*xxxxxxx, or *xxx#xxxxxx.
I have done some research and found an way to remove the limitation. The beta released by this month will support it.

Thanks.

Thanks man.

I read in another topic that you are developing a new product "Call Back". Is that to support this or something else?

From a user perspective, it would be preferable to have this is Magical, so 1 app does all.

Thanks again.

Yes. The new product does this.
Don't download the beta in that topic. It is old. The final release will be published in two days.  Smiley

It is difficult to add this feature to MagiCall so I develop a new product.

Hi,

Just read the post on the callback product, but the scenio described there does not match with my request. The call back service offered by 'my' operator is just to dial the number you want to reach with a "*123*" in front and a "#" at the end.

Will this be supported? and why would the above scenario be too complicated to put in MAgicall? Isnt it'just like a change number but with * and #?

regards,

Oh, sorry for my mistake. The feature will be in the next version of Callback.
