endless buzzing

I'm trying out MagiCall on trial version.  I've set a rule to send a text message to my other phone when a call is received.  But, when I activate the rule, and a call comes in, the phone just starts buzzing over and over again very quickly until the vm picks up the call.  This won't work, why does it keep buzzing like that and how do I stop it.  My settings are:

Action 1: Normal
Action 2: Sned SMS
To: ###-####
Message:  Call on touch

I am now carrying two phones, one personal and one for work.  I want to have the personal phone send me a text to the business phone when I get a call or a text message on it.   That way I can just stick the personal phone in my purse and know when I have a call.

It's very strange. What buzzing meant is ringing normally or something else? Can you disable MagiCall to confirm if it was caused by it? Thanks.
