I am receiving calls from an  800 number that my MagiCall automatically answers. The people stay on the  line until they realize that no one is speaking to them. It ties up my phone sometimes as long as 30 seconds. My settings are:

Rule name - the actual number
Rule type - Phone inbound
Filter type - Specific number
Phone # - The actual number
Action 1 - Pick up/hang up
Action 2 - Nothing

Please advise.

Hi cabotcat,

This is a known issue. It sometimes happens on some types of device. We have been trying to find a way to make it work smoothly. Thanks.

Specifically the device is a Palm Treo 700w using Verizon wireless service.

Any updates on automatically answering calls? Any known workarounds?

I will try to fix it in the next version. At present you have to use the "Ignore" option to avoid it.
