Feature request

I have noticed that a few people have already mentioned a plugin for the today screen, that will be great. Actually it is a necessity since you will see the counters dsiplaying how many was blocked etc.

Is there a way to play back an .mp3 file to a caller? Lets say a specific caller calls, and you want to give that caller instructions or directions. When the call comes in, the .mp3 file will be played back to the user so you dont have to physically do it all the time. Is that even possible?

I ask this because I had a friend a few years ago that had an answering machine like that. Whenever I called him, I would be sent to a specific queue, and a recording would be played back to me so I would get the instructions I needed to complete my project.
