Hello,

First, excuse my bad english, I'm French.

It's a very powerfull soft, but I've got a little problem with Magicall.

My contacts' numbers are registered as "06 45 65 15 32"
But when I receive a call, it's like "+33645651532", so, Magicall don't reconize them.  Undecided

Is there any solution ?

Thanks !

I can't say for everybody, but I think you will be much better off if you changed all you contacts numbers to international notation. This way it won't matter how the come in, good software should recognize it...

For instance, I have all my contacts in a +1, +7 or +44 format although I don't technically need +1 I do it anyway. When a call comes in without a +1 it is still recognized

Now the question is - would MagiCall recognize it in this case?

That depends on the rule settings. For example, if you write 0645651532 in the Phone# field, MagiCall will not recognize +33645651532, because their leading parts are different. However if you write only 645651532 then it will be filtered correctly.

Anothing thing should be noticed is that spaces are treated as a comment separator, so do not leave spaces between numbers. For example, 645651532 is correct input while 64 56 51 532 is not.
