MotoQ Issue
«

Hey guys,
I'm using a new MotoQ v9 smartphone from Verizon. I downloaded the trial version and used the pickup/hangup function fine. I actually bought the software today thinking the hangup feature would work in the fully functioning version.....but it doesn't. It just sends those calls to voicemail the same way it does on the reject feature. The pickup/hangup feature works well but it also runs up minutes on my phone because it's actually answering then hanging up.
I have the phone set to inbound calls, no number, hangup, 00:01 - 23:59, Sunday - Saturday etc. Is there an issue with compatibility with this phone or what? I really need to have it hang up and not pick up/hang up.
Thanks
Mr. Moto

Hi MotoQ,
Your mobile operator redirect rejected calls to your voicemail. I am not sure if you can change the settings on the phone side because maybe it is not permitted. But you can have a try. Go to [Start]>[Settings]>[Phone]>[Services]>[Call Forwarding]. Maybe there is your voicemail number in the Busy field.
Uncheck [Busy] and clear the field and select [OK] to apply changes. Hope it can work for you.
Did you mean MagiCall picked up the calls without haning up them immediately? If so, it was a bug and I will try to address it soon.
By the way, I have requested a refund for your order from my e-commerce provider. I think you will get the money back in 7 business days.
