This is urgent. CAn the ESN No be erased due to this software? The conversion happens at what stage? Does it touch/interfier with the basic code of telecom subscriber.

Hello vishalsheth,
Not really understand your question. Can you describe it? Thanks.

the conversion of + to 00 or anything happens at what stage? Does it touch any internal codes fo the phone? I tried this on my CDMA WM5. My radio module has disappeared. The handset supplier is saying that it's bacause of the 3rd party s/w. I don't think so, but just want to confirm and know.

Hi vishalsheth,
I understood. I do not put any code to modify the firmware or device hardware. It just redirect calls to another number.
Have you tried to hard reset your device? Performing a hard reset can help you address if it is a hardware problem.

Yes I did the hard reset, but it's not good. The radio module does not load up.

I think it is a hardware or firmware issue. And I am sure that it was not caused by MagiCall.
